Community Advisory Group (CAG)

Ndlovu Research Centre (NRC) has 16 CAG Members that ensures community is educated and informed about all NRC activities. The CAG was established in 2014. They are a link between the NRC and community, advice NRC staff on both cultural and language to be used in Program Materials. CAG also advise and assist in recruitment of potential participants. All community plans are shared with CAG and they are involved in implementation of the planned activities. CAG members receive Protocol training to eradicate any myths that might arise in the community. CAG meets with study staff monthly to share study updates and any misconceptions that arises in the community.
